sophia, dan, miles, & hudson

Yesterday afternoon, I had the pleasure of shooting some fun family portraits of Sophia, Dan, Miles, and Hudson at Griffith Park.

While walking down this trail to another spot, little Hudson (who’s 3), asks me ‘Hey, can you please come over here and tie my shoe?’, which of course, I did. And then he tells me that his favorite game to play with his older brother, Miles, is chess. Chess! Is this a really cool 3 year old or what?

And Grandma and Grandpa tagged along, so we had to get a few cute portraits of them and the grandkids.:)

Julie & Minh + baby to be

Yesterday (yes, I shot these yesterday and I’m blogging them today, that’s how much I love these photos!), I met up with Julie and Minh to take a few maternity photos for them. They were so sweet, natural, and loving with each other. They made my job so easy.:)

So hope that I get to meet and photograph their little guy when he arrives!

jamison family

Last weekend, I met up with Tamara, Louis, and their sweet little girl, Lexington at Caltech in Pasadena to take some family photos. I love how these turned out, and I loved meeting this sweet family!:)

Favorite! As I’ve said many times before, I love any photo that has REAL, beautiful emotion.

Moronez Family

Last week, I met up with these kids, and their Mom to take a few photos for their Christmas card. Though they all agreed that they were too old for family pictures, they were good sports, and we got some great photos.:)

Here are a few of my faves…
